Working with Darkfolio Designs means accepting these terms.
Payments & projects
- Payments are accepted via cryptocurrency exchanges or PayPal (all fees covered by you).
- No PayPal chargebacks are allowed.
- Work begins only after I receive 50% or full payment upfront.
- No discounts for new customers.
- Major scope changes after quoting may affect price or timeline.
Cancellations & refunds
- If I cancel, you get a full refund.
- If you cancel before I start, a refund may be possible.
- No refunds once work begins.
- Previews will be shared, but completed work cannot be rejected.
Content & usage rules
- I don’t create NSFW, illegal, self-harm, hateful, harassing, or unethical content.
- My work cannot be used for NFTs, blockchain, or crypto purposes without written consent. You must inform me in advance if intended.
- You may not edit, trace, or alter my work without explicit permission.
- Any use outside the agreed terms requires additional licensing.
Rights, liability & updates
- I retain partial copyright. You cannot claim or resell my work unless resale rights are purchased.
- Only the final image is provided; source files are only given if purchased for an extra fee.
- I’m not responsible for damages, losses, or legal claims arising from misuse of my work. You must ensure your project complies with laws.
- These Terms & Conditions may be updated anytime without notice, and working with me means you accept the latest version.
